For over 20 years I’ve built a career in Talent Acquisition, Career Counseling, and Resume Development helping people discover their strengths, prepare for opportunities, and step confidently into new roles. I’ve supported professionals advancing into leadership, individuals changing industries, and many navigating times of transition with uncertainty. Through it all one thing became clear: success isn’t just about skills and strategy. It’s also about energy, alignment, and belief in yourself.
Along my journey I also discovered the power of Reiki, Crystal Healing, and energy alignment practices. These tools transformed not only how I approached my own path but how I could better support others. I realized that career success and personal harmony go hand in hand.
